We have a 2013 Cruse and there have been multi problems with this vehicle. Many of the problems have been corrected under warranty. We are very skeptical of any Chevy vehicle at this point due to all the repairs on this one vehicle. We have never had a vehicle which has broken down and had major problems. We would never recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for a different car.
My scheduled appt. was for 1PM on Friday 5-11-2018. It was 1:30PM before I could even talk to the service advisor to get the paperwork done. It was almost 2:30PM before I was able to leave the dealership. All because there was an employee meeting going on. All I wanted was to have a plug put in a leaking tire. Very disappointed. I have had very good and attentive service in the past.
