While we were traveling in the area, a light indicating trouble with the power steering on
my Cadillac came on. Stark Buick was very helpful on a Saturday diagnosing the problem and determining is was safe for us to drive home and take the car to our dealer.
The cost of an oil change and tire rotation Over $78.00 seems just a little? Then I get home and find a flyer from the GARAGE next door where the change is 29.95 and rotation is 10.00. This where my son bought his car! OH ,I bought my car at Stark Buick???

The Service Department worked Very Hard to repair a problem with the Traction Control. The problem was very intermittent and giving Garrett the time they needed to pin point the problem really paid off. Great Job and couldn't be more Happy.
I have purchased vehicles in the past from Stark, but with this vehicle I wanted the Chevy Colorado and they are a GMC dealer. I was having my service done at Zimbrick and was not happy at all, so I switched to Stark and again was very satisfied.
They got me in, even tho they were quite busy, knowing I had a funeral to attend about 130 miles away. got my car taken care of, even tho it required a trip for them to Madison--20 some miles away for a correct tire, Brought me home so I COULD FINISH PREPARING FOR MY TRIP,, AND PICKED ME UP LATER SO I COULD GET UNDERWAY BEFORE I would have to drive in the dark. OOOPs on the capitals!

Worked with 3 diffrent dealerships and Brandon at stark was the only one that listened, ultimately this is why he got the sale and his Gm was generous enough to swap rims for the ones i wanted just amazing service

I had a low tire reading (down 5 lbs.). I was a 'walk in' (no appointment). I was offered to 'top it off' or have mechanic check it. I wanted it formally checked. The leak was found, repaired and I was out in about 30 minutes.
